1995 Chevrolet Corvette

The 1995 Chevrolet Corvette received subtle changes that were mostly in the inside
including improved brakes, de Carbon gas-charged shock, an engine fan that ran
quieter and springs that are revised to complete the list. Aside from these improvements,
the Corvette remained unchanged. This year also marked the end of the ZR-1.
The coupe and the convertible, which were both auto edition, sported a 5.7 Liter
V8 engine generating an output of 300 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. A standard
6-speed manual overdrive and the optional 4-speed automatic overdrive were the
available choices for transmission both trims. Both also got fuel economy data
that includes 17 mpg on city and 25-27 mpg on highway. Standard features include
air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, leather seats and cassette
player. The coupe offered sunroof as an optional feature while all three trims
still hauls 2 people inside. For safety, there were standard driver and passenger
airbags and ABS brakes.
